What we collect

When you request a Bill Review we collect your name, phone number, email, home address and ZIP code, whether you own your home, your approximate summer power bill, your roof age and the best time to reach you. We also record the web address you came from, the time, your device and browser type, and the ad or email that sent you here, so we know what is working.

How we use it

We use it to contact you about your solar consultation, schedule and run your appointment, and improve how we reach homeowners. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Sunstruck Solar and its scheduling partner may contact you at the number you gave by call or text, including automated texts, about your solar consultation. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or call us and ask us to stop.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the scheduling partner that books your appointment, the software we use to run our business, and advertising platforms such as Meta, which receive a scrambled version of your contact details so they can measure results. We may also share it where the law requires.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling 407-499-1291 or emailing info@sunstruck.solar.
